BOOKING

Bookings are subject to availability and we recommend booking in advance. Join our waitlist to get updates on your preferred availability.

Accounts with an unpaid balance cannot book or waitlist for an appointment.

FILL

A Fill every 2-3 weeks is recommended. We offer 1 and 4 Week Fills for times when they are needed. After 30 days or having less than 40% of your lashes left after outgrown lashes are removed is a new set.

2-3 Week Fill — 10-23 days
1 Week Fill — 1-9 days
4 Week Fill — 24-30 days
New set — 30+ days

DEPOSIT

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are $25 and the remaining balance is due after your appointment. A deposit is required to book an appointment, except when booking a returning fill.

Rescheduling with at least 24h before your appointment time allows a one-time deposit transfer. Rescheduling within 24h of your appointment time requires a new deposit. Rescheduling a second time requires a new deposit.

CANCELING AND RESCHEDULING

Canceling or rescheduling within 24h of your appointment time will incur a fee of 25% of the appointment total. Cancel or reschedule before 24h of your appointment time to avoid fees.

LATE ARRIVALS AND NO-SHOWS

Contact the salon with your time of arrival to let us know you are still coming. Your appointment time is reserved for you, however it cannot be extended.

After 15m without contact, your appointment may be considered a no-show. A no-show will incur a fee of 25% of the appointment total and you will be required to deposit to book future appointments, including fills.

FEES COLLECTED

The entirety of all fees collected from last minute cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows are paid to the technician(s) affected by the last minute change.

We kindly request understanding that our technicians' income is solely dependent on their appointments and the fees are necessary to cover the time and opportunity cost for the technician.
